Youth & Worship Minister
Full Time // 28,000-31,500 per annum.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping young people encounter Jesus and grow as lifelong disciples, while also leading our church family in vibrant, Spirit-filled worship. You'll be both brave and kind: brave in helping young people and the wider church live distinctively for Jesus, and kind in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them with compassion and grace.
You will work closely with volunteers, young people, musicians and the wider church community to bring a creative and relational approach to youth ministry and worship. We are looking for someone with a deep and mature faith, a heart for discipleship and outreach, and a desire to see people of all ages grow in their love for Jesus. While this role is advertised as a full-time Youth & Worship Minister position, we are open to considering part-time applications or splitting the role into separate Youth Minister and Worship Minister posts for the right candidate(s).
